1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Nerova LLC (“Nerova,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles personal information when you visit our websites, use our products and services, communicate with us, or otherwise interact with Nerova. It does not govern information handled independently by third parties or information our business customers process through the service under their own instructions.
2. Information we collect
We collect information you provide; account, billing, support, and communications information; content and instructions processed through agents and connected services; device, network, approximate-location, usage, and cookie information; information received from authorized third parties or public sources; and information derived for security, fraud prevention, support, analytics, and service operation. Sources include you, authorized users, connected services, service providers, public sources, and automated interactions with the service. The information collected depends on how you use Nerova.
3. How we use information
We use information to provide, personalize, maintain, secure, support, and improve the service; process transactions; operate agents and integrations according to customer instructions; communicate with users; measure performance; prevent fraud and abuse; enforce agreements; and comply with legal obligations. Where applicable, our legal bases include performing a contract, legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service, consent, and compliance with law. We do not sell personal information for money or use private customer content to train public foundation models.
4. How we disclose information
We may disclose information to vendors and service providers that support our operations; to connected services and recipients as directed by a user; within an authorized workspace; in connection with a corporate transaction; or where reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, investigate abuse, or enforce our agreements. These are categories of recipients, and some recipients may process information under their own terms where they act independently. We do not disclose private customer content for cross-context behavioral advertising.
5. Retention and security
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including to provide the service, maintain security and records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention varies based on the nature and sensitivity of the information and applicable account, operational, contractual, and legal requirements. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
6. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information; withdraw consent; object to or restrict certain processing; or opt out of qualifying sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. You may also manage account information, connected services, cookies, and communications through available controls. To submit a request, email support@nerova.ai. We may verify your identity and authority before acting. You may appeal a denied request by replying to our decision and, where applicable, complain to your privacy regulator. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
7. International use
Nerova operates from the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where we or our service providers operate. Where required, we use legally recognized safeguards for international transfers. Information needed to provide the service may be required by contract; if it is not provided, the relevant service may be unavailable.
8. Children
Nerova is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Customers are responsible for ensuring that information they process through the service is collected and used lawfully. Do not submit regulated or highly sensitive information unless Nerova has expressly approved the use case in writing and any required agreement is in place.
